The renter, driver, and passengers (collectively, the “Customer”) agree to these Terms when making a booking. Party A may provide additional rules via appendices, product pages, notices, and messages (“Company Rules”). If there is any inconsistency, the specific conditions separately presented by Party A shall prevail.

Article 2 (Booking & Payment)

  1. Booking is confirmed only when full payment of the tour price is successfully completed through Party A’s designated sales channels. No booking is held unless payment is completed.
  2. Payment method, currency, fees, and timing follow the display and rules of each sales channel and the Company Rules.
  3. The rental fee and all other charges shall be paid to Party A as a lump-sum advance payment via credit card (through PayPal or Stripe) upon the conclusion of this Agreement, unless otherwise stated under Company Rules.

Article 3 (Rental Period / Overage Charges)

  1. Rental Period: From 5:00pm (Basic Unit: 4 hours) to 9:00pm.
  2. Rental Fee: ¥(Depends on the car model) for 4 hours.
  3. Overage Charges (unless otherwise approved by Party A):

    • Mileage Overage Charge: If mileage exceeds 200 km per day, JPY 100 per excess 1 km (tax excluded)

Article 4 (Vehicle Types / Deposits / Damage Caps)

Party A classifies vehicles by “Type” and sets conditions (damage caps, deposit requirements, etc.) in these Terms and the Appendices. Vehicle lineup may be added/changed in the future.

4.1 Type A Security Deposit(From 2026 middle of March)

If Party B uses a Type A vehicle, Party B must pay a security deposit by the time designated by Party A (either at booking or before the tour starts).

  • Standard deposit: JPY 1,000,000.
  • If Party B purchases the Light Cover Plan (Appendix B), the deposit is reduced as follows:

The deposit secures any amounts payable by Party B to Party A (damages, NOC, penalties, unpaid costs, etc.) (“Amounts Due”). Party A may apply the deposit to Amounts Due without further consent.

After return, once inspection, NOC day determination, and settlement (repair estimates, etc.) are completed and no Amounts Due remain, Party A will refund the remaining balance within a reasonable time by a method designated by Party A (card reversal/refund, bank transfer, etc.). Refund fees, if any, follow the Company Rules.

4.2 Type B (No Deposit)

For Type B vehicles, Party A does not collect a security deposit in principle. If an accident/damage occurs and Amounts Due arise, Party B shall pay as requested by Party A during the tour or at the end of the tour via Party A’s designated method.
